Orders & delivery
How long until I get my order?
Every piece is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks. Costs and times per country: Shipping information.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Within 24 hours of ordering — email us with your order number. Once production has started we can't change it. In the EU, EEA (including Norway) and UK you can still use your 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery (see below).
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You get it by email as soon as the order leaves production.
Returns & refunds
Can I return something?
EU, EEA (including Norway) and UK: yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Email us within 14 days of delivery, then send the item back within 14 days after telling us. You pay the return shipping. We refund the item price and the original standard shipping within 7 days of receiving the item. If the item is worn, washed or has the tags removed, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value. No restocking fee. We don't do exchanges — order the new size separately.
Outside the EU, EEA and UK (for example the US): no change-of-mind returns, because every piece is printed to order for you.
My item arrived damaged, defective or wrong
Email us within 60 days of delivery with your order number and photos. You choose a free reprint or a refund of the item price plus the original shipping, and we pay any return shipping.
Please don't send anything back before contacting us — we reply within 2 business days with the return address. Full policy: Returns & refunds.
Sizing
How do I pick the right size?
Check the fit notes on the product page. Not sure? Email us your height and usual size before you order and we'll send the exact garment measurements.
Do your pieces run true to size?
Generally yes. Boxy and oversized pieces are cut roomy on purpose — take your normal size. Between sizes on regular fits? Size up for a relaxed fit.
Payments
What can I pay with?
Major credit and debit cards and the other methods shown at checkout, including Shop Pay.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments run through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.
