Returns & Refunds – PJR Built Different

Every PJR Built Different piece is printed or embroidered to order for you. That means less waste, and it's why we ask you to check the size guide before you order.

Damaged, defective or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at pjrbuiltdifferentofficial@gmail.com. Include your order number and a clear photo of the problem (and of the size tag for a size issue). We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the item back.

Lost parcel?
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, let us know and we'll send a replacement or refund you.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you live in Norway or the EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To do so, email us at pjrbuiltdifferentofficial@gmail.com with your order number before the 14 days run out. Then send the item back unworn and unwashed, with its tags, within 14 days of telling us. Return shipping is paid by you. We'll refund the price of the item and the standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the return. We may reduce the refund if the item shows wear beyond what's needed to check it.

Customers in the UK, US and Canada can return items within the same 14 days on the same terms.

What isn't covered
Ordering the wrong size or colour is not a fault. You can still use your 14-day right of withdrawal as described above.
If the shipping address is entered wrong, we can resend the order, but the new shipping cost is yours to pay.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days.
